Yesterday was AMAZING!!! I Just Love Fourth!

Fourth is so big in our house as it was when we closed on our home and the first holiday we celebrated in our home as a new family of three (now four, six if you include the dogs and yeah why not right?) Our street literally turns into the epicenter of all the town activities.

With the recent events in the world I wasn’t sure that we would be having any activities at our park this year, but I wanted to make it special for my kiddos. Que the ideas right? Okay so I knew I wanted a balloon garland because well do you know me? And I wanted to feel whimsey with the feel of americana. And of course I had to use the Massive Flag I gave my husband a few years back that I picked up from a vintage shop here in Livermore Ca.

Things I knew I had: A low profile pallet table for the kiddos, keeping it rustic, poofs, milk jug bottles (drinks) and mini cokes (yes for someone who plans parties I didn’t have much). So I quickly reached out to some amazing vendors @Glamfete for a custom fringe garland, custom name crayons from @whimsicolorshop , custom drink stirs from @designandunwind. Robin from @bijouxballoon  also jumped on board and really did a great job incorporating the fringe garland. I purchased plates, napkins, cutlery from @ohhappyday because lets be real they are the best, flowers from Little Flower Shop in Tracy, Ca and a Cake made by a neighbor inspired by Milkbar. I hand dyed cheese cloth I purchased from amazon to try to tie in all the colors and elevate the table without it going too upscale, (I think it ended up being perfect) and it really was the bridge between rustic and a little bit of lux.

Now for the work, hands down these two ladies kicked butt. Kelsey from @kelsandco helped me style it, adding her signature disco balls, and confetti and her keen eyes I love ya thank you for helping me out. Jenea owner of @CreativeSpaceStudio.co who allowed us to shoot in her space and who is the most talented photographer ever the images are gorgeous. I hope you enjoyed it and Cheers to America! You can find me on Instagram and all the vendors at their handles below!!! Let me know what you think!

Love
